Heather is a Professional Certified Coach with over 600 hours of professional experience in one-on-one Leadership and Systems Coaching. With a strong passion for guiding individuals, teams, and systems through change, she excels at supporting leaders at all levels to reach their full potential. Heather is an ICF Certified Coach with a proven track record in creating and implementing impactful transformation and training programs, specializing in Leadership and Systems coaching, mentoring, change management initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Â
With a background in teaching and film production, Heather is a natural storyteller who finds inspiration in the stories of life. She holds various certifications including, LSSGB, LSSYB, Prosci Change Management, Agile Coaching, SAFe RTE, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and IATF showcasing her expertise in coaching and leadership development. Additionally, Heather has been trained in Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching, further enhancing her ability to drive impactful change within organizations.
